Longford Investment

Longford Investment Limited is the commercial property investment company of Jane Gwillim-David.

The company was incorporated in 2006 to invest in primarily light industrial trading estates and equine assets. The current portfolio includes industrial properties and sites in West England and South Wales. In addition the company manages the freehold of several of the trading estates in the portfolio.

The total current portfolio under management has a value of approximately £10million.

The company continues to grow its own in investment portfolio through direct acquisition and joint ventures and is also increasing its portfolio of managed assets for third parties.

The company is headed up by Owner and Managing Director Jane Gwillim-David.
